Sekka Kamisaka Galleries

Sekka was a graphic artist who published some of his designs in woodblock-printed picture books. Sekka's artistic style was strongly influenced by Korin Ogata (1658-1716) who used flowing lines, uniform coloring and repetition to create decorative designs that were pleasing to the eye.
